Data Controller and Scope

Your personal data is processed by Muhammet Ertan Ramazan (Natre) as the data controller in compliance with KVKK.

This notice covers data processing activities conducted through natre.net, communication/proposal forms, email correspondence, and customer relationship processes.

Categories of Personal Data Processed

Depending on the nature of the services, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

• Identity and contact data: full name, email address, phone number, company details
• Customer transaction data: proposal details, contract/invoicing data, service history
• Transaction security data: IP address, log records, browser and device information
• Request and complaint data: message content, feedback, and support records

Collection Methods and Legal Grounds

Personal data may be collected via web forms, email, phone calls, proposal/project workflows, and cookie technologies through fully or partially automated means.

Data is processed based on legal grounds including explicit provision by law, necessity for contract establishment/performance, compliance with legal obligations, protection/exercise of legal rights, legitimate interests, and explicit consent where required.

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Evaluating communication and proposal requests and providing responses

Transfer of Personal Data

Retention Period and Data Security

Your personal data is retained for the period required by processing purposes and applicable legal retention obligations.

At the end of retention periods, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with legal requirements.

Natre applies technical and administrative measures such as access control, authorization, up-to-date software usage, and logging to protect personal data.

Ad Security and Click Fraud Protection

For visits reaching our website through advertising links, in order to protect our advertising campaigns against fake and invalid clicks and to safeguard our advertising budget, the following data is processed: IP address, device and browser technical information (including device fingerprint, WebGL/canvas and hardware characteristics), a persistent device identifier stored in the browser, ad click identifier (gclid/gbraid/wbraid), approximate location (country), and basic interaction/behavior signals. This processing relies on the legitimate interest legal ground under Article 5/2-(f) of KVKK.

This data is processed on analytics infrastructure hosted in Türkiye and is retained for a maximum of 60 days. To exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK, you can contact us at mail@natre.net.

Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have rights including learning whether data is processed, requesting information, learning processing purpose and use, requesting correction, requesting deletion/destruction where applicable, requesting notification of third parties to whom data is transferred, and objecting to processing results in specific cases.
