At Natre, we care about the security of personal data belonging to website visitors, potential clients, and existing customers. This policy explains what data is collected, on which legal grounds it is processed, with whom it may be shared, and what rights you have.
Scope and Data Controller
This policy covers all data processing activities carried out via natre.net, including communication, proposal, project management, and support processes.
Your personal data is processed by Muhammet Ertan Ramazan (Natre), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation.
Categories of Personal Data Collected
Depending on the services provided, different categories of personal data may be collected directly from you or through automated methods.
- Identity and contact data: full name, email address, phone number, company details
- Request and project data: proposal notes, briefs, budget range, delivery expectations
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, session and traffic logs
- Customer transaction data: contract, invoice, payment, and service history information
- Communication records: email correspondence, meeting notes, and feedback
Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed to maintain our web and software development operations and deliver the services you request.
- Managing proposals, evaluations, and client relationships

- Managing invoicing, accounting, and audit obligations
- Sending campaign, announcement, and newsletter communications where explicit consent is available
Legal Bases

Retention Periods and Disposal

When retention periods expire or processing purposes end, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable regulations.
Data Security
To protect data confidentiality and integrity, we implement technical and administrative safeguards such as access control, authorization management, up-to-date software, logging, and backup practices.
Despite these measures, as in all digital environments, risk cannot be reduced to absolute zero. In case of potential breaches, we carry out required notification and response processes promptly.
Google API Services and Data Processing (Natre Ads Manager)
Scope of This Section
This section applies solely to clients who have expressly authorized the Natre Ads Manager software to access their Google Ads account.
It does not apply to website visitors. Visiting natre.net, viewing its content, or submitting a contact or quotation form grants Natre no access whatsoever to your Google account or your Google Ads account. Natre Ads Manager operates only under an explicit, scope-limited and revocable authorization (OAuth) granted by the account owner through Google. In the absence of such authorization, no account and no data is accessed.
You may revoke your authorization at any time from the Third-party app access area under the Security section of your Google Account; access ends immediately upon revocation.

Natre is the brand used for software design and development activities.
Natre Ads Manager is a software tool developed and operated by Natre that is not offered to the public or to third parties. It accesses advertising platform account data through the Google Ads API, only with the explicit authorization of the account owner (OAuth) and strictly limited to authorized accounts.
Data Accessed
Campaign, ad group, keyword, search term and performance reporting data, plus account and billing status. No personal data (names, emails, addresses, location) is collected.
Purpose of Processing
The data is processed solely for reporting, monitoring and analysis on behalf of the account owner, so that the software can perform its function. It is not used for any other purpose.
The authorization also covers making changes to the Google Ads account on behalf of the account owner: budget updates, negative keywords, campaign pause and enable, and creation of new Search campaigns. These operations are never applied automatically; every change is previewed first, requires explicit human approval, and is written to an audit log.
Storage and Security
Data is stored in a private database on a server controlled by Natre that is not exposed to the internet (local network only), protected by authentication and encryption. Natre Ads Manager has no publicly accessible interface.
Sharing
This data is never sold, rented or transferred to any third party, and is never used for serving advertisements, targeting or profiling. Human access to the data occurs only at the account owner's explicit request, for security purposes, or where required by law.
Limited Use
Natre Ads Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion or destruction where applicable, and object to processing under certain conditions.
You may submit your requests with identity verification details via mail@natre.net. Requests are handled within the legal time limits.
